Opened in La Quinta, California in September of 2019, Marvyn’s Magic Theater is an electrifying new  entertainment venue featuring the world’s best magic, comedy, and variety artists from Las Vegas, Broadway and around the globe. The acts have been seen on America’s Got Talent, Penn & Teller’s FOOL US, The CW’s Masters of Illusion, World’s Greatest Magicians, and many more. The winner of TripAdvisors’ TRAVEL EXCELLENCE AWARD, Marvyn’s is a luxurious 130-seat venue, exclusively for 21-and-over guests. Marvyn’s dazzles audiences with sensational new shows weekly.

Guests enter through the Magic Shop, a recreation of an olde tyme magic emporium. In the Dematerialization Chamber, friends and family can step in and vanish ... only to magically reappear in the lobby. Marvyn’s Lobby Bar offers choice cocktails, wine, or draft beer. Here guests enjoy live music and up-close magical illusions ‘til show time.

The founders, Gary and Marcia Beutler, received the prestigious SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD from the Academy of Magical Arts and Sciences aka The Magic Castle, for their vision of a world-class magic entertainment theater in the Greater Palm Springs Valley. The inspiration for this venue is Marvyn Roy aka Mr. Electric. Along with his partner Carol Roy, they traveled the world for more than five decades entertaining international audiences including numerous television appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show and The Tonight Show. While they are no longer with us, their bright spirits still lives on within the venue and is carried onward through our thousands of entertained guests with the world’s finest magic, comedy and variety artists.
